Tshaun Grant

is a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is licensed in the state of Georgia, with experience in treating children, adolescents, and adults in military facilities, inpatient crisis stabilization units, inpatient detox facilities, residential facilities, community mental health centers, and private practices. She specializes in the treatment of depressive disorders, insomnia, sleep-wake disorders, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, testing anxiety, performance anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder . She is passionate about her treatment and wants each client to have a memorable experience. She is diligent in making sure each patient is treated equally and receives optimum care.

Sandra Wooten

is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Biology and Master of Education in Counseling from Georgia Southern University. She has worked with diverse populations to include military members and spouses and people with multicultural backgrounds. She best serves her clients by working from different therapeutic approaches based on their individual needs such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client centered therapy, and mindfulness. She also works from a holistic perspective to help her clients gain awareness of the connections between the mind, body, and spirit.

 

As your counselor, her role is to support and empower you with empathy and concern but without judgement, while developing a strong therapeutic alliance. Having the courage to take your first step into counseling can be difficult, but now that you have made this life changing decision, it will be an honor for her to walk this journey with you as your counselor!
